Prepare and review sales contracts; send confirmations to customers.
Monitor the entire order-to-delivery process.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure on-time delivery with complete documentation.
Support pre- and post-sales activities: provide quotations, respond to inquiries, and handle complaints.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Assist the sales team with meeting arrangements and documentation.
Collaborate with technical, accounting, and supplier teams to ensure timelines and payment processes are met.
Manage and organize files, contracts, and related documents.
Update and maintain records on sales, warranty, and after-sales services.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Strong communication skills.
Proficient in English.
Skilled in Microsoft Excel.
