Provision of the “RCM2 Facilitator Training for Hydropower Units” Course

Khang Truong Thinh Company Limited (KTT) successfully delivered the “RCM2 Facilitator Training for Hydropower Units” course, contributing to strengthening the capability to implement Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM2) among technical personnel from hydropower units under Power Generation Corporation 1 (EVNGENCO1).

Throughout the training program, participants were equipped with the essential knowledge and methodologies required to perform the role of an RCM2 Facilitator, including organizing and facilitating the RCM2 analysis process, identifying equipment functions and functional failures, analyzing failure modes and their consequences, and supporting the selection of appropriate failure management policies.

Through a training approach combining fundamental knowledge, case discussions, and practical analysis exercises, the program enabled participants to progressively enhance their ability to apply RCM2 to actual operation and maintenance activities at hydropower plants, with the aim of improving reliability, optimizing maintenance strategies, and minimizing operational risks.

The successful completion of this training program further demonstrates KTT’s capabilities in asset reliability training and consulting, while reaffirming its commitment to supporting power-sector enterprises in strengthening asset management capabilities and optimizing operational performance.
